V-Rock vh Bloemenhof is a lovely five-year-old dressage mare combining three quality basic gaits, a pleasant and willing character and an exceptional breeding background.
With her promising qualities and impressive maternal bloodline, she offers an exciting opportunity for a rider looking for a talented young mare to develop further. V-Rock has followed a slightly different path in her early years. At the age of four, she gave birth to a foal before beginning her education under saddle. As a result, she has been ridden for approximately one year and is still relatively green for her age. Nevertheless, she has developed a good foundation in her basic training and is progressing nicely in her work.
She shows three pleasant, correct basic gaits and a willing attitude towards her rider. She has established a good understanding of the basic exercises under saddle and is also familiar with lunging work. Despite her relatively limited experience, V-Rock is a pleasant young horse to work with and offers plenty of opportunities for further development. Besides her qualities in the arena, V-Rock is also well-behaved when travelling to different locations and has proven herself to be reliable and uncomplicated when hacking out.
What makes V-Rock particularly interesting is her exceptional maternal bloodline. Her great-granddam, Poetin II (Sandro Hit x Poesie), is a full sister to the legendary Poetin, World Champion of six-year-old dressage horses in 2003. This outstanding damline continues to prove its quality in modern dressage breeding. V-Rock’s granddam, Peau à Peau, is also the great-granddam of Avici ECH, the newly crowned BWP Champion Stallion of 2026. Avici ECH is out of Sanssouci vh Bloemenhof, a granddaughter of Peau à Peau. Another remarkable success from this maternal family is Sacramento vh Bloemenhof, Belgian Champion of seven-year-old dressage horses in 2025. Sacramento is out of Petit Peau vh Bloemenhof, a daughter of Peau à Peau and also the granddam of Avici ECH. These recent championship successes highlight the exceptional quality and proven potential of this maternal bloodline.
Combining the modern dressage bloodlines of So Perfect and Indian Rock with such a prestigious and successful maternal family, V-Rock offers an attractive pedigree for both sport and future breeding. With her quality basic gaits, pleasant temperament, promising foundation and outstanding maternal bloodline, V-Rock represents an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a young dressage mare with an interesting future ahead.
