Paternal grandson of the internationally renowned top mare Caprice de Dieu
Emerton KP is an energetic and expressive colt with a highly interesting and promising pedigree foundation.
His dam, Anouk PP Z, is an RDH graded mare who herself competed up to 1.30m, demonstrating rideability and athletic ability in sport. She is the sister of several competition horses performing at 1.40–1.45m level, eg. Clearwater PP Z, who represents the Polish Junior National Team, as well as Chimay PP Z and Emir PP Z with Karina Lerøen. She descends from a mare line that has produced 1.50m horses such as Quintino B and Wayama.
He is sired by Bøgegårdens Enzo, a young Emerald van Ruytershof son out of the international top mare Caprice de Dieu, with Eurocommerce Berlin as damsire. Caprice de Dieu competed at international 1.60m level with Michael Aabo and achieved top placings in Grand Prix classes in Uggerhalne, Neustadt Dosse and Lanaken. She has also produced S level showjumpers such as So What by Sandro Boy and Caspar by Chacco Blue. Through Enzo, Emerton KP carries a modern and valuable genetic combination.
