At eight years of age, Bella Secure has already demonstrated her versatility across several areas of dressage sport. For around a year and a half, the mare, who fills the large arena effortlessly with her presence and movement quality, has been trained by Kira Laura Soddemann. Progression into advanced level therefore appears the logical consequence, with Bella Secure’s rideability and willingness to learn providing the foundation. Her success, already decorated with victories at advanced level, can be reproduced by other riders and is accessible to younger riders too, as demonstrated by her participation in the Children’s Tour. Fine aids are sufficient to produce the required work both in daily jogging and in movement training, while Bella Secure grows in confidence and expression through the work, particularly in the canter movements.
