The brown mare Foundations Lady Lucia is a special offering. This eight-year-old Hanoverian has been owned by Ms. Zeyen since she was a foal and has impressed with her performances ever since her first appearance at the three-year-old mare performance test. She has since excelled in S* dressage classes under her trainer, Sabrina Geßmann, and performs the full range of dressage movements at a high level in both trot and canter. Foundations Lady Lucia has also already demonstrated her outstanding potential at the championship level. She competed in the final of last year’s National Championship for seven-year-old dressage horses and also qualified for the final of the 2025 Hanoverian Riding Horse Championship. Foundations Lady Lucia’s basic gaits form the foundation for this. Her pronounced freedom of shoulder, generous reach, constant balance, and natural self-carriage give her a consistent upward tendency in both training and competition, which, combined with her excellent training to date, results in a high-quality overall package. The mare has already produced a foal that is now successfully competing in riding horse classes, impressively underscoring her genetic potential. This level of quality can be further developed and refined through training.
