Expressive colt with plenty of power in his movement.
Velocity is an exceptionally exciting colt from a highly proven dam line. His dam is the Elite Gold Medal mare Stigma, who was named Mare of the Year in Danish Warmblood no fewer than three times – first as a foal, then as a 2-year-old, and again as a 3-year-old. She has already proven herself as a broodmare, producing several Elite Auction foals as well as successful sport horses. Stigma is the dam of the B-level dressage horses Schuberts Salondo and Victor, as well as the licensed son Strauss DWB, approved in Oldenburg (OLDB).
The strong performance record continues throughout the maternal line. Velocity’s granddam, Sigma, is also the dam of the Oldenburg premium stallion Tomahawk, the licensed stallion Formalin, and Synnovia, who was a finalist at the WBFSH World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses as a 6-year-old and later competed at S-level in dressage and the Grand Prix horse Buskhagas TSJAI. In addition, Sigma has produced numerous Elite foals.
