The solidity of his training and the reliability with which he produces the movements are Quintus Sertorius’s greatest strengths. The 14-year-old gelding was given by his breeder to Uwe Stradtmann ten years ago for training with the aim of reaching advanced level. He has achieved consistent success over the years and can therefore be regarded as a highly dependable partner. The close partnership between horse, breeder and rider remains intact to this day and has achieved its goals continuously, safely and successfully since the young-horse classes. Quintus Sertorius is now to be offered as a schoolmaster. This all-rounder, who has always been kept barefoot, also enjoys light jumping and hacking in addition to dressage work, including with the necessary confidence in traffic. Quintus Sertorius rewards good riding and helps his rider to improve.
