As a dressage youngster Maddox Mart combines huge expression in his stallion type with importance for the big arena.
Not only does he know how to convince with his brilliant type but furthermore with the top quality of his gaits as well as his first-class rideability. Finally approved in the Netherlands after his 21-day-test, he is also available for a lot of German breeding associations.
2021 he qualified for the final of the stallion competition in Ermelo (NL) and took an excellent 3rd place. His first high-quality foal crop, including premium foals, presents itself as long-legged, noble and with a lot of expression. His pedigree portrays the world’s finest dressage blood: his sire Hennesy, successful up to advanced dressage level, combines with De Niro and Jazz two of the most successful dressage stallions, which both are currently and have been leading the WBFSH-dressage sire ranking for several years. The dam’s sire Bordeaux himself, bred out of Olympic tribe, was winner of the KWPN Licensing in 2009 and won the sport performance test for licensed stallions the following year. Currently Bordeaux, ridden by Isabel Freese (NOR), is competing highly successful for his age on Grand Prix level, being placed in the finals of the World Dressage Championships and having won the Netherlands Stallion Championship in 2013. He sired several licensed stallions, championships and top priced offspring at auctions. His grand dam Vanirma is full sister to the licensed and up to advanced level competing stallion Paddox/Marijke Volmer (NL). Maddox Mart descends from NL-Merrielijn 59. This dam line has produced the licensed stallions Aqiede (PB NL, int. successful in dressage, Adelinde Cornelissen/ NED), Grappa (PB NL, int. successful in dressage w. Jean René Luijmes/NL), Rampal (USA) and Sir Scandic (PB NL).
